Seeing the Elements of Design

 Format (shape of the image, possibly play around with different crops and points of view)

This was a busy photo so formated by croping it and capturing this highly intense moment.

Line ( ties in with leading lines from week 1)

I used this for line becase the reffs eye's and the cammera make a lines to the compeitors. 

Shape (remember positive vs. negative space here; think of framing or frame within a frame from week one as an option.)

I feel like this was a good shot for shape because the positive and negitive space is very rigid. Just really had good value (difference between lights and darks; think lighting and shadows as an option)

Texture 

The mat is soomth and shinny the Gi/uniform is ruff to the truch and not shinny 

Color (Try playing with limited color ranges or finding particular color palettes. Like in any design, color, or the lack thereof, creates the piece's emotion.)

The black and yellow are a good contrast and the white Gi vs the blue Gi is also good contrast
